As long as you are an active KJ All Access member, you will have access to all of your monthly videos as they are released! This means that you can watch and re-watch shoots and weddings as needed!
You CAN cancel at anytime, just send us an email to katelyn@katelynjames.com. There is no contract or long-term commitment. If you do choose to cancel you will no longer have access to the episodes in your library. Access to the episodes only remains available to ACTIVE members, similar to a Netflix or Gym Membership... as long as you are paying your monthly fee to have access, you will continue to receive new content and be able to view the episodes already granted to you! If you choose to cancel and then rejoin at a later date, your previous content will be reactivated in your membership at that time.
Great question! Yes! And here's why! Real wedding days include finding great natural light, posing instruction, creating a great client experience, making great location decisions, etc. All of these topics apply to both portrait AND wedding photographers!
KJ All Access content is delivered on the 15th of every month! However, if you purchase TODAY, you will receive immediate access to the entire vault of content! Once you enroll, you'll receive login information via email to beginning exploring the episodes!
Yes, active KJ All Access members have exclusive access to the entire vault of episodes! These episodes will remain accessible as long as your membership remains active. (if you are in the 30 day trial, you only have access to 2 episodes, once you become a paying member you'll be able to view the whole vault)
You will not need to download the video files in order to access them. You will simply be able to log in and view your videos online. However, you will need an adequate internet connection to allow the videos to load so you can watch them!
KJ monthly membership are nonrefundable or exchangeable since you will have access to the content. However, you can cancel at anytime without penalty by emailing our team.
