Gone are the days of long format video lessons about business marketing strategies. KJ Business Builders will receive actionable private podcast episodes each month that cover a variety of topics on everything from business best-practices to life hacks and coaching insights that I’m experiencing on my own personal journey.
If you’ve ever been on a zoom call with me, you know that shallow, surface-level conversations aren’t allowed. If you’re going to show up, we’re going deep! Your time is valuable and your life and business need solutions, not shallow, surface level conversations that plague most business education communities. It’s time to get honest with ourselves, dig deep into the root cause of business hangups and get serious about growing ourselves and our business to new levels we know we’re capable of!
Community is wonderful but accountability is where the change really happens. KJ Business Builders includes a strong, kind and engaging FB Group and but ALSO includes accountability. Once a quarter, our community will join me for a Zoom call where we have “Breakout Mixers”. This is where KJ Business Builders will have a chance to connect with small accountability groups to share goals, struggles and paths forward!
I noticed a pattern in some of the calls I’ve had with KJ Students the last few years. The questions and struggles and roadblocks that I am getting asked about aren’t technical issues. Photographers are coming to me with business problems, booking problems, personal blocks and issues with overwhelm. It has become apparent that what our community of KJ PRO photographers needs isn’t another business course, they need real conversations, a committed mentor and a community with accountability.
