Before you begin, please carefully review and agree to these terms and conditions, which establish the guidelines and rules for our partnership. These terms and conditions are Effective as of June 4th, 2024

* Eligibility -To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid PayPal account for receiving payments.
• Operate a website, blog, or social media account relevant to photography or related fields.

1. DEFINITIONS
   • 1.1 “Affiliate”, “KJ Affiliate” or “You” refers to the individual or entity participating in the KJ Affiliate Program.
   • 1.2 “Katelyn James”, “KJP” or “We” refers to the company offering the KJ Affiliate Program.
   • 1.3 “Affiliate Program” refers to the program through which affiliates promote Katelyn James’ products, memberships and services.
   • 1.4 “Commission” refers to the compensation paid to the affiliate for successful referrals or sales.
2. ENROLLMENT
   • 2.1 Eligibility: To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application and agree to these terms and conditions outlined.
   • 2.2 Approval: We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed
3. COMMISSIONS
   • 3.1 Commissions: Affiliates will earn commissions based on the terms specified in their individual affiliate agreement otherwise the default site-wide commission of 10% will be applied.
   • 3.2 Qualifying Purchases: Purchases made through properly tracked affiliate links that are not refunded or canceled.
   • 3.3 Payment: A minimum payout threshold of $200 is required before commissions are paid. Unpaid commissions carry over until the threshold is met. Payments are made in USD through PayPal using the PayPal email address entered on the Affiliate’s application. Payouts are completed on the 1st of the month for the previous month(s).
   • 3.4 Cookie Duration: Cookies are valid for 30 days. If a user makes a purchase within this period after clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission for the sale.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
   • Affiliates are prohibited from:
   • Engaging in false or misleading advertising.
   • Using their own affiliate link to make purchases.
   • Using spamming techniques to promote the affiliate link.
   • Offering unauthorized incentives or bonuses to potential customers.
   • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   • You may use our logos, trademarks, and other branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services. All materials remain our property, and you must cease their use upon termination of your participation in the KJ Affiliate Program.
6. TERMINATION
   • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the KJ Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
   • Violation of these Terms.
   • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity.
7. LIABILITY
   • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the KJ Affiliate Program. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount of commissions earned by you. We use the platform Solid Affiliate to track, monitor and pay our affiliates.
8. MODIFICATIONS
   • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the KJ Affiliate Program constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.
